Artsonia processes Personal Information both as a Processor and as a Controller. When Teachers, Parents, Fan Club Members, customers, Children, or general Artsonia Service users enter information directly into the Artsonia Service, Artsonia will generally be the Controller for the user data, as outlined the "types of information we collect, how we collect it, and why" section of our Privacy Policy. In certain other circumstances, where requested by the Child's School, Artsonia will be the Processor, and will only delete records per the School's specific instructions. In these cases, we will request that you make any requests for access, correction or deletion of Personal Information through the School. Artsonia will respond to such requests when received from the School. Please see Artsonia's data retention practices, which are set forth in our Privacy Policy.

We use and collect Personal Information as set forth in our Privacy Policy, Children's Privacy Policy, and Online Tracking Technologies Policy. Our lawful basis for using your Personal Information, as described in our Policy, includes: our legitimate interests (such as to provide the Service pursuant to an ongoing relationship, improve the Service, generate revenue, to grow our business, and to secure our Service) to comply with our legal obligations, and with your consent.

However, we do not process the Personal Information of residents of the EEA or the UK for marketing or promotional purposes. Residents of the EEA and UK are not authorized to make purchases through our Gift Shop or participate in fundraisers and we do not knowingly ship product outside of the United States. Our processing of such persons' Personal Information is limited accordingly.
